By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
Payment is done the moment before I begin working on your model through an online source agreed upon in text.
Changes to the design are allowed during the process, however upon completion if major changes are required, you will incur an extra fee determined on a case to case basis.
You must own the avatar base you are requesting me to retexture.
I must own the avatar base you are requesting me to retexture, and if I don't you will buy the model before any work is done for me.
Reference images are not required, but may incur an increase in fee regarding complexity.
I reserve the right to show off your avatar in regards to advertisement, otherwise I will not use your avatar in videos, streams, or renders without your permission
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Refunds may be requested based upon the completion status of the avatar, but will typically be rejected.
If I am unable to finish the avatar, you will receive a full refund regardless of progress
I am allowed to finish the commission at my own pace
Complexity is determined at my discretion
AI References will be rejected
